WHAT TO EXPECT

How sessions are structured

Initial Visit

We’ll talk through your sleep, stress, digestion, and whatever brought you in — that conversation shapes the diagnosis and treatment plan.

Session length: 1.5 hrs

Follow-Up Visits

Shorter check-ins to track what’s changing and adjust treatment as needed.

Session length: 1 hr

Cupping or Gua Sha Only

A focused, 30-minute session for cupping or gua sha on their own — a good option if that’s specifically what you’re looking for, or as a non-needle alternative.

Session length: 30 mins

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and sometimes appointments need to change. Here’s the policy so there are no surprises:

Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% late cancellation charge

Less than 12 hours’ notice — 100% charge
